Please double check when entering the mailing address! If an item is lost in shipping, due to a customer's mistake in entering the address, the customer will be responsible for any costs if requesting a replacement item. If an item is damaged and or has been lost in shipping (not due to a wrong address) we will remake and send you a new item. Items cannot be returned due to the personalized nature of our items. All our items are made to order and cannot be returned after being ordered. Any order can be cancelled within the first 24 hours of ordering. All Sales are final and cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of ordering.
